TheThe first i-worx day in 2023 is on 11.03.I went over the i‑pointing stage.The new CEO, 63 employees, informative workshops on the topic of PowerPoint (what else???) and a lot of delicious foodwere just some of the highlights of this team building day. An i-worx dayTradition is the drawing of a numberImmediately after the morning arrival. Thus, the groups for the workshops are already determined. After havingKolleg:innen from the home office, if you have never met them in person, there was of course the obligatory morning coffee or tea and delicaciesfrom the in-house bakery of our employees. The tension was high, especially among theRemote employees, because they should be the new i‑pointing CEO, Markus PfaffGetting to know personally for the first time.

The workshop topics of this i-worx day wereDigital Accessibility, Tips & Tricks at PowerPoint, Motion Design for PowerPoint and Pimp my Slide.

The themeWe initiated digital accessibility a year ago. This is a matter of the heart at i‑pointingAnd that's why we wanted to make our employees even more aware of this. WithSignificant PowerPoint examples that highlight the importance of digital accessibilityIt was explained that theyTeam members themselves worked out which elements are not accessible and where the topic has already been implemented in an exemplary manner.

The next workshop station wasMotion Design in PowerPoint. Here, many interesting and impressive ways were presented how to make motion design for presentations in PowerPointcan be used. The introduction to the topic began with theBasics and then went into more detail. It showed the different ways you can create animations, how they make sense for what kind of presentation and how they give each PowerPoint something.can lend.

Then there was lunch.Halftime and hungry stomachs were filled abundantly. With gigantic BreznThe break was heralded. There was something for everyone,for both the meat tigers and the vegetarians among those present. There was a lot of talk, discussion about professional and private things and enjoying together. After all, many of our colleagues work:women only from the home office and so it is alwaysAgain a joy to see each other face to face.

Nobody goes home hungry.

The Afternoon Program

After the delicious Brezn feast, it went on.

The topic of the next workshop wasTips & Tricks in PowerPoint Presentations. The focus was particularly on the new designer: inside and the tips from the older hands and hares for a successful and efficient workflow. The themes were, among other things, thatCompress images and videos using useful shortcuts, administrative aspects of project planningand much more.

Lastly, thePimp my slide. In this workshop, role plays took place that simulate conversations between customers and designers.should. Here too,Senior designers: share their know-how with the newcomers and give them valuable tips on briefing with customers:included. They were particularly concerned with theQuestions that you should ask as a designer:in in a briefing to optimally look after customers:in and give them the best resultIn terms of PowerPoint presentation.

Q&A with Markus & Marion

As we alreadyannounced on LinkedIn, our CEO Marion Koppitz has decided to hand over the sceptre. This she then handed over (literally) to her successor Markus Pfaff. In front of the assembled team, Markus and Marion have confessed to our speech and answer to the CEO change. This involved:Questions such as “What’s next?”, “In what direction is i‑pointing going?” and “What are the new CEO’s long-term plans?”
