We are really proud of our apprentices!

Almost a year ago they started with us & now they already have their 1st. Mastered successfully – as you can see, with flying colours! Of course, grades are not everything, but in our case they reflect very well how hardworking, motivated and committed our apprentices are!

All three apprentices can be really proud of their super grades!

What impresses us as a training company

That such creative, hardworking and ambitious young people enrich our company andi‑pointingcan accompany them on their way!

We have been lucky enough in recent years, becausewe have been training media designers in digital and print since 2014.During this time we accompanied 9 people as a training company –7 of them are still working with us today!

Of course, we are very honored! Anyone who has already gained so much experience in a company at such a young age is an important part of the team. Not only because he is familiar with the structures and day-to-day business, but because he can also pass on this knowledge to new employees!

What makes us stand out from other training centres

The trainees are in the first year of apprenticeship three days in the company. On two of them, they are introduced to our day-to-day business, design designs and work on customer:inner orders.

On Friday, however, is project day!
On this day of the week, our trainees can let off creative steam – e.g. when learning new design programs, when designing patterns through a previous visit to the museum or when scribbling their own colleagues.

The early involvement in our daily business and the creative projects bring varied tasks with them, which appeal to the trainees very much!

We are happy to have found such great trainees again and look forward to the rest of our time together!
