i-pointing participates in Zapdeck and agrees on partnership – strategic cooperation for “AI-powered presentations” in the professional sector

Zapdeck and i‑pointing are convinced that artificial intelligence will play a very important role in the creation of presentations in the future. This completely changes the way presentations are created. There are already a number of AI tools that allow any user to create a first draft quickly and easily. However, these products are primarily suitable for private users and simple applications, such as team meetings or marketing documents. They often do not meet the high demands of professional users. These include management consultancies, strategy departments, corporate IR departments, sales departments and even auditors.

The Berlin start-up Zapdeck has set out to close this gap and serve the foreseeable huge need for a SaaS product for “AI-powered presentations” in the corporate sector. The company was started by a former BCG consultant after he observed that consultants often spent 15 hours or more per week creating presentations.

i‑pointing, headquartered in Munich, is today the market-leading agency in German-speaking countries for the creation of professional PowerPoint presentations in the corporate environment. With more than twenty years of experience in this market, i‑pointing has now successfully built a customer base with several thousand corporate customers from all industries.

To accelerate the implementation of this vision, i‑pointing is investing a significant amount in Zapdeck in the current pre-seed round. In addition, both companies have entered into a strategic cooperation. i‑pointing will particularly bring in his many years of experience with the creation process of professional presentations and the associated customer requirements. In addition, i‑pointing will develop a training concept to support its own - and other - customers in using Zapdeck's future products optimally and in addition to i‑pointing's services.
