PowerPoint – A presentation software makes history

The PowerPoint pioneers

The year is 1984. The first development under the name “Presenter” was initially only a Macintosh variant.

IntactApril 1987 presented Gaskins and his co-developer Dennis Austintheir variant of the presentation software under the name “PowerPoint”. The 90s: PowerPoint 2.0 – PowerPoint 95
