As a PowerPoint agency, we work with time bookings for our designers. This makes it transparent for all sides how much time it takes to process your presentation files.

This is how the booking process works at i‑pointing

The booking process differs depending on the respective initial situation. You can contact us with your project and we will estimate for you how much capacity our designers would need to book for it.Of course, we take your internal deadlines into account!

You can also contact us if you have a fixed deadline for a project and you know that you need graphic support from us by this deadline!
Then you can send us an email (info@i‑pointing.de) or telephone (+49 8930904480) and make a fixed time booking on certain days.

This means that the booking can be individually adapted to your needs

If you foresee that you will need more capacity than originally specified to create your presentation design, we will be happy to clarify with you to what extent the booking can be extended or whether there are priorities that we will process first.

By the way: If you work with us long-term, you can also book regular time slots with us that are blocked for your projects.

In any case, you will receive a corresponding booking confirmation by email from our project managers!
