Senior Art Director (m/f/d)
As a senior art director, you shape the visual attitude of our presentations - from the first idea to the last slide. You lead designers, set the creative framework and ensure that every presentation is effective.

Your tasks
You develop visual concepts for high-stakes presentations
You lead the design team and provide clear, constructive feedback
You ensure quality across projects, formats and customers
You work closely with consulting, motion and project management
You translate brands and messages into convincing visual language
You keep presentations CI-compliant without them seeming interchangeable
Your skills
You have several years of experience as an art director in a creative agency
You think in systems and have a confident command of PowerPoint and Google Slides
You have a strong sense of typography, grids and visual hierarchy
You can explain concepts clearly and enforce them in the team
You have very good knowledge of German and English
You work confidently under deadline pressure without sacrificing quality
