BU Lead / Captain Presentation Design (m/f/d)

Your mission

You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of presentation designers. You ensure that quality is not a coincidence, help employees to develop further and are the central contact for selected customers and complex projects.

We are expressly not looking for administrators, but designers: You lead and design structures and bear responsibility for the economic development of your business unit.

Your tasks

Team and people

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of your designer team

• Targeted further development of employees through coaching and clear feedback

• Building a team culture in which quality and personal responsibility are a given

• Even have difficult conversations when they are necessary

Quality and standards

• Quality control of project results

• Development of new standards and processes

• Introduction of more efficient production routes

Customers and projects

• Participation in customer workshops and project briefings

• Advice on presentation strategies and project implementation

• Independent preparation of offers as well as review and approval of offers

• Expansion of existing customer relationships

Business unit

• Responsible for the economic development of your unit

• Analysis of team metrics and optimization of processes

• Close collaboration with sales, project management and management

• Several years of experience in leading teams, ideally in an agency or a comparable creative environment

• An understanding of how agencies work: projects, customers, deadlines, quality standards

• Confidence in customer contact and the ability to communicate clearly even in complex situations

• Structured way of working and organizational talent

• High quality standards that you also establish in the team

• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of economic relationships

• Openness to new technologies and ways of working

• Experience in presentation design is helpful, but is not the priority
